Tesh Mbaabu

Tesh Mbaabu is the Co-founder & CEO of MarketForce, which enables FMCG companies & financial service providers to manage their field sales activities and grow their distribution channels in Africa. As an avid adventure seeker, Tesh also co-founded Cloud9xp.com, a travel-technology company which they built and later exited to HotelOnline.

Mr. Mbaabu is a Harambean, Westerwelle, Alibaba and UN Fellow. His personal awards include Techpreneur of the Year 2019 in the East Africa Founder of the Year Awards and African Garage Top 25 under 25 Entrepreneurs in Kenya in 2015. He is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Nairobi.

Pelerin Ishimwe

Pelerin Ishimwe is a record producer, musician, songwriter, arranger and vocal coach. He is the co-founder of Unoze Music Ltd, an Arts and entertainment firm that helps musicians and artists through music production, coaching and provides professional support in the entertainment industry since 2014.

Pelerin is an Executive Manager at Unoze Music Ltd, and continually seeks to uplift and grow music talents in the region. He works with several musicians including individual artists, composers, groups of singers, and instrumentalists.

He composed over 120 musical scores in local language (Kinyarwanda) which were initially published in 2017 and they are now locally used in events, church services and movies and they are being translated to English. He has a strong affiliation with the artistic life where he draws inspiration from other artists. He loves having fun with fine art during his free time.

Rehema Namukose

Rehema is the founder and lead strategic advisor of Re!gnite Africa, a youth-focused social enterprise and advocacy organization tackling unemployment in Uganda. Her passion for youth empowerment and their involvement in development processes started a decade ago when she worked as a youth peer educator teaching young men and women living in slum areas in Kampala about their sexual and reproductive health. She later joined another group of young people to launch a youth mentorship platform that conducted career and professional development outreach activities in schools and higher institutions of learning. She was doing this while pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Makerere University. A few years later, she found herself back on the journey of supporting young people to discover their talents and passions through career development and mentorship program that grew into a fully-fledged social enterprise and advocacy organization that is now Re!gnite Africa.

Rehema is also a highly motivated and multi-faceted non-profit leader, policy advocate, and communications professional with ten years of international, regional, and local experience. She received her MA focused on Policy Advocacy and Analysis from SIT Graduate Institute, in Vermont, USA.

Fredrick Semainda

Fredrick H. Semainda is a Co-founder and Chief Operation Officer at Mpishi Smart Initiative and Founder of the Year Awards (FOYA) 2020 Hospitality Founder of the year over 30 category winner. He is a lifelong learner holding a Bachelor Degree in Gender and Development and is passionate and dedicated to work in social Entrepreneurship to build well economic sustained communities with Decent Work.

He previously worked with Tanzania Youth Coalition (TYC) as a Project Manager and Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) as a Leadership Advisory Board Member (YLAB) and a Community Leader.
